At our site we have 15 general purpose mixing vessels of 304 & 316 Stainless Steel and rubber-lined construction available, with capacity ranging from 2m3 to 54m3.

Mixing Capabilities:

We offer an expert range of mixers at our site ranging from 2m3 to 54m3. Our range of shearers are capable of high solids dispersions for our customers, allowing the creation of an extensive range of emulsions. Libra ensure we can offer a full range of mixing services for aqueous and solvent blends with blending vessels with varying agitation speeds”

Emulsion and Dispersion Facilities:

Alongside our mixing services, our purpose-built emulsion facility also offers two 3m³ wax melters and APV homogenisation. Our mixers also ensure heating up to 150°C, cooling and nitrogen ring mains. Both of our wax melters offer variable speed anchor agitation that is connected to our large range of vessels. Our two stage APV homogenisation processing is capable of reaching 5000psi/350 Bar, ensuring our range of services provide the desired finish and specification.
