Contract and Toll Reaction Facilities

As part of our Contract and Toll service, we offer 9 reactors and 15 blending vessels for our customers from our site in Irlam, Manchester (UK). These reaction facilities are available for use within a wide range of production applications.

Our Contract and Toll service provides customers with the opportunity to improve their manufacturing capabilities by providing access to a wider range of reaction conditions. We can operate at large reaction temperature ranges, elevated pressure systems and inhibiting flammable conditions using nitrogen blankets. We also provide ambient reaction environments for your products to be manufactured in, ensuring the highest quality possible.

Reaction Capacity

We currently have 9 reactors of 304 and 316 Stainless Steel type construction available in a range of capacities from 10m³ to 60m³, giving us a total 239m³ of high-pressure reaction capacity. This reactors posses ratings up to 5 Bar and full vacuum with steam and thermal oil heating.

Reaction Range

Our reactors are fitted with a choice of activated carbon and acid / alkali scrubbing systems. These processes limit the environmental impact of the reactions undertaken as part of our commitment to a more sustainable and environmentally supportive future.

Our wide range of chemical reactions are subject to REACH authorisation within the UK and European Union.
